SANDS POINT POLICE

There are currently nineteen sworn members of the Sands Point Police Department which includes the Chief of Police, a Lieutenant, four Sergeants and fourteen Police Officers.  The Sands Point Police serve a community with a population of over 4,000 residents and an area covering 4.3 square miles.  The Departments main division is patrol and also includes specialized units such as traffic enforcement, juvenile aid and School Resource Officer.
